Hi Everyone,

How long would it take for the Queue Summary Report to recognize and report off of the Service Level time changes made for a workgroup? I was doing some testing where I changed, my test queue service levels to 10, 20, 30, 50, 300. End of the day, I ran a queue summary report for my test queue and it gave me a message saying "may not be available to multiple workgroups, service level change, etc." Fast forward, a few days later, ran the same report for the same test queue and it showed the newly created service levels!

Reason why I need to know is because we're planning on changing all of our queues service levels next month. Just want to make sure I time the configuration correctly, so when they receive their daily reports, it's not a surprise.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
