Pause X Campaign if Y Campaign has contacts cached

    Hello,

I am trying to figure out a way to not let a campaign dial out if a higher prioritized campaign has contacts cached in it. I do have the campaign priority set higher than the other, and have agents logged into both campaigns.

Issue that I am seeing is that the lower priority campaign is still making dials even though the other one is prioritized much higher.

    Any thoughts here?

Priority is there to allow you to control the ratio of dials, not to pause one in favor of another.

Only solution I can think of is to use a rule on the higher-priority campaign to log the users into / out of the lower priority one.

That all makes sense. Will just need to create a rule to log them back in if cached contacts drops to 0.
