    Call Flow Diagram

    Is there an easy way to export the call flow into a visual diagram from Interaction Attendant?

    I don't think there's anything available external to Genesys. Our AppDev folks in PS created a utility that takes a DSEdit xml export of the Attendant info and turns it into a Visio diagram.

    I doubt it, but you can contact Support and ask about AppDevelopmentTools.

    Anyone tried Attender for translation to visio?

    Has anyone tried Attender (icattender.com)?
    It seemed to have issues with my visio and I'm wondering if it's worth persevering.

    its ok

    Attender is great fro smaller IVR sizes. It doe snot work well for larger more complex IVR's
