    Reset AD user password via IVR


    My customer wants to have an option on the IVR to reset the AD password for the caller and send the new password to him or her via SMS or Email.

    Is there a possible way to do it via attendant, and if it is possible please share how to do it.

    Cool Yes, totally possible

    Yes, this is totally possible with a handler and a script. Avtex has this already developed and working. Let me know if you would like some more information about it.

    Appreciate your reply, Actuality yes I need more details since this is an urgent matter to the customer.

    I checked Avtex online , aren't this a separate solution other than Genesys Pureconnect, how they will benefit me in this matter?
    Appreciate your help.
